Dental practices invest heavily in marketing to make the phone ring. Google Ads. Mailers. Social media. Referral programs.

Then at 5:01pm, they turn off the lights.

32% of all dental calls happen outside business hours. These aren't tire-kickers. These are patients in pain, patients comparing options after work, patients whose insurance just changed. They're ready to book.

Every voicemail is a coin flip. The patient either calls back tomorrow, or calls the next practice on Google. 75% of the time, they call the next practice.
